Katja brings a wealth of leadership experience and expertise to her role as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SayJa. She has held various senior global roles at global organizations like Daimler AG, Lufthansa Group, Allianz Group, Credit Suisse, and Zurich Insurance, including Head ofDiversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing, Customer & Employee Experience, andGlobal Branding & Marketing.

Katja has formed a 15+ year international career and holds a PhD from the Rotterdam School of Management (University of Rotterdam), a Master's Degree from the Antwerp Management School (University of Antwerp) in Global Management and. She also a Master's Degree (M.Sc.) in Psychology in Sport and Exercise from the German Sport University Cologne.
